1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing fontdigital.com or engaging Font Digital LLC, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Services

Site content describing custom software, AI and automation, cloud, cybersecurity, digital transformation, marketing, Salesforce, and staffing services is for general information only. Specific engagements are governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work, which controls in the event of conflict with these terms.

3. Bookings and consultations

Consultation requests are appointment requests, not confirmed commitments, until we confirm them by email. You may reschedule or cancel using the management link in your confirmation email. We may reschedule or decline a request at our discretion.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not submit false, unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
• Do not attempt to probe, scan, overload, or bypass site security controls.
• Do not scrape, resell, or republish site content without written permission.
• Do not use our forms for unsolicited advertising or spam.

5. Intellectual property

The Font Digital name, logo, site design, copy, and downloadable templates are owned by Font Digital LLC. Downloadable templates (such as the SOW outline and staffing intake checklist) may be used internally for your own business purposes; they may not be resold or redistributed as your own product. Client deliverables produced under a signed agreement are owned by the client as defined in that agreement.

6. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party resources we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, security, or practices.

7. Disclaimer

The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Performance figures and outcome ranges shown on the site are illustrative and not a guarantee of results.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Font Digital LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site. Liability related to site use is limited to USD 100 unless a signed agreement states otherwise.

9. Privacy

Use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue lies in the state or federal courts located in Arlington County, Virginia.
